Many people will call this place the Portland Heights as well but it’s name changed in recent years. You just can’t miss it, it’s a steep walk up from Kearney Cottage right to the top of the hill but you wont be dissapointed as the views are second to none, quite superb. The Hotel has a small fitness suite/swimming pool and a restaurant on the top floor. The views are across Weymouth Bay, Weymouth, Chesil Beach, Lyme Bay and the English Channel.
The food is of a good to high standard, the drinks selection is standard rather than excellent but that’s a small price to pay for a seat in this place.
