A more gentle day out with an excellent cafe on site, it’s not just a gardens, there’s also a Swannery there and you can by a family day pass that enables you to spend the whole day in Abbotsbury visiting all the attractions that are there.
Aside from the attractions there, the village itself is one of the prettiest around and has featured in many TV shows. Almost every house there has a thatched roof and they’re all built from the same yellow stone, the place is a picture book.
